This is a great place to exercise, very clean, with up to date equipment, professional, courteous staff, excellent personal trainers, an ab machine room, an enormous weight room, plenty of cardio equipment, a separate women's only workout room, sauna, whirlpool, a great outdoor swimming pool, and a variety of classes, offered at different times of day weekly to accommodate your schedule, not to mention "no contract" monthly fees, which is perfect! Love it here...plus..racquetball courts.
