Looking for a new way to meet people and get in shape at the same time? Come check out some of the classes we offer. Classes are offered every day of the week except Sunday, and begin at 5:30 a.m. (Saturdays excluded).

  • Step Into Fitness

    A fun 60 minutes of low impact, high intensity step aerobics.

  • Firm Results

    Strength training, toning & shaping using weights, resistance bands and balls.

  • Kick Off Your Week

    A full hour of Super Step Aerobics.

  • ZUMBA!

    Latin Dance based Aerobics Workout – Lots of fun!!

  • Fabulously Fit

    Increase your cardio and muscular endurance power w/dumbbells/tubing with fun aerobic choreography.

  • SilverSneakers® Classic

    Fun exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

  • Silver and Fit Experience (mid-level)

    A well-rounded fitness program that provides older adult students the ability to maintain an independent lifestyle, enjoy activities they love and be empowered to live healthier, happier lives.

  • Gentle Yoga

    An easy yoga movement class for all levels.

  • POUND

    Sweat and sculpt your way to fitness by rocking out with weighted drumsticks to some great sounds!

  • Barre

    60 minute burn that transforms your body giving you a long, lean dancer form.

  • Strong Nation

    Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric moves. Synced with music specifically designed to match every move assisting you in getting to that last repetition!

  • HIIT

    A full body cardiovascular interval training open to ALL levels. Modifications are provided by the instructor.Every class ends with a 5 minute stretch cool down. Please wear proper shoes. 

  • Flexible Fitness

    Join us for a full body stretch to increase and/or maintain flexibility and mobility; in a relaxed yet productive hour workout. Class ends with few minutes of relaxing meditation. 

  • Abs/Thighs and Butt Blasters

    Class concentrates solely on abdominal, thighs & glutes using hand weights.

  • Step Plus

    A regular Step Class with weights and poles on the steps.


  • Body Toning

    A full Toning Class with weights, working all muscle groups for overall body toning.

  • Balance and Mobility

    Lower body weight training to build muscle; increase balance, muscle tone and flexibility, and finish with stretching and stomach vacuums. Class is tailored for all levels.

  • Upper Body

    Definition and strength training with hand-held weights and bands.

  • Toning

    Abdominal exercises for lower wall and stretching. All levels.ABDOMINAL EXERCISES FOR LOWER WALL AND STRETCHING (ALL LEVELS)

  • Stretch

    Elongate muscles; improve flexibility, posture and balance using proper breathing techniques. Class is conducted with low light and quiet music and finished with an inspiring meditation. This class is for all levels.

  • Capoeira

    A Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. Strength and flexibility are not required – only a desire to learn. Develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, rhythm, agility, reflexes, endurance and so much more. Capoeira is good for mind, body and spirit

  • Line-Dancing:

    A type of dancing where dancers line up in rows, without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to the music. For all levels.

  • Tabata

    Moderate to high intensity Tabata training focusing on general cardio improvement and strength by using various strength-based equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, body-weight). The class is open to all fitness levels.

  • Pilates & Functional Movement

    Moderate to high intensity Tabata training focusing on general cardio improvement and strength by using various strength-based equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, body-weight). The class is open to all fitness levels.Very low impact, heavily focused on breathing, alignment, flexibility, and core work. Maximizing the efficiency of the body, reducing stress, balancing hormones, overall feeling of greater calm and well being.

  • Rise & Shine Pilates:

    Cardio/Dance based with weight and resistance bands.
