A fun hour of kicking, punching, and dancing

SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch

Basic stretching for relaxation using a chair and simple tools to assist in attaining simple postures. No mat needed, no floor work and keep your shoes on!

Boot Camp Exercise

Combination of traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training, to build strength and endurance

Sweat and sculpt your way to fitness by rocking out with weighted drumsticks to some great sounds!

60 Minute burn that transforms your body giving you a long, lean dancer form

Good Morning Yoga

Ashtanga style Yoga with emphasis on strength

Strong by ZUMBA

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric moves. Synced with music specifically designed to match every move assisting you in getting to that last repetition!

HIIT

A full body cardiovascular interval training open to ALL levels. Modifications are provided by the instructor. Every class ends with a 5 minute stretch cool down. Please wear proper shoes.

Hatha Yoga

A Mindful flow class designed to focus on proper Asana alignment while incorporating breath work. All levels welcome. Instructor will provide modifications
